I really liked it but it's grim as hell.

Cuaron also uses a little color shading like he did in Harry Potter 3, where there's a gray filter over everything so it's hard to see some stuff (though not nearly as bad as Mirrormask). I know it's a limited release right now but watching it on your own tv where you can adjust brightness might be worth netflixing it.
