knitting update

Yay! The neverending sock project is done!
So this project took me much longer than it should have. I think I was extraordinarily bitter and I was finding any excuse to procrastinate. Anyway, I casted on (for the THIRD time) on July 26. I finished (the heels, the weaving in of ends) on September 24.

Fuck you, socks! You're my bitch now!

In brighter news, I've got a few other projects finished and in the works:
Currently, the nautie is on our futon in the living room where he gets to sun himself. He was meant as a gift until the boyfriend saw him and thought it was too cute to give away. I'm currently making another one at the request of my cousin's husband.



A dish cloth I made from cotton yarn I got from a yarn swap. It's already been gifted to someone as a housewarming gift.
Don't worry, katiem00, it's not made from Rowan Handknit Cotton.
