Somebody has to explain the elephant head under the twins' sheets because really WTF?
Wikipedia and I saw a Fullmetal Alchemist reference when Hikaru and Haruhi are shopping and Hikaru finds a little yellow ball with eyes and a hair antennae (Ed in super chibi form)--or we could be both on crack.

OMG! I am totally looking forward to the next episode! The title alone makes me giggle. (Lunar anime translates it differently, but I've seen the title as "Kyouya's Reluctant Holiday" in some places.)
d00d, I totally want to cosplay Kyouyaif only to have Sarah/Tamaki call me mommy so I have an excuse to adjust my glasses evilly.
Really random tidbit: Tamaki's voice actor is Percy Weasley in the Japanese dub of the Harry Potter movies. (He's also Kiba, the angsty, white doggy from Wolf's Rain.)
