On the to-do list

Having
scans_daily,
heykidzcomix,
monkeycrackmary, and
fangirls_attack on my FL has been a bad, bad influence on my comic book buying habit--as in I'm buying way more than I should.
I have so much in the queue right now.
I swear, I just stepped in my local store to see if they had Five Fists of Science in stock and I walk out with some Grant Morrison books (I'm finally going to read Animal Man, and I picked up Seven Soldiers on a friend's suggestion). I also admit to being one of the bad people not reading Manhunter so I picked issues 20 and 21 after all the fuss that was made over its cancellation.
I got the Damien Scott issue of Solo (I'm so sad the series has been canceled), and Batman: Death and the Maidens also made its way into the cart after I read an awesome post about Martha Wayne. I also picked up the first issue of 52 though corporate whore! Booster, the whole Ralph business, and Dan Didio's letter to readers on the back page are seriously pissing me off and discouraging me from continuing the series. But damn my train wreck syndrome!
In fact the only new acquisition I've actually read is Tag and Bink: Revenge of the Clone Menace. It was cute and there was enough inside jokes to make my long-abused SW geek happy (however, I thought the previous issue was funnier though that's probably because I'm more fond of the original trilogy than I am of the prequels). I think I seriously hurt my street cred when I had to look up an Episode 2 character.
I still have a lot of trades I bought in January that I haven't read yet and some manga I've been ignoring for Ouran Host Club, and I still haven't read the last 3 issues of Batgirl even though they're right next to the bed.
So regarding the poll...
As much as I love Jeeves and his ability to sneak out antique creamers by disguising them as car hood ornaments, he can't beat Alfred's ability to smack a bitch.
