post-special election

I am so relieved Prop 73 did not pass.
But yeesh, only 52% voted no. It's a pretty narrow margin.
With exception of San Francisco and Marin counties, the rest of the state was pretty evenly divided on the issue.

I am so glad our governor spent $300 million on his special election, only to have all of his initiatives trounced.

The slash has eaten my brain!

In knitting, the poster wonders if she should replace her bamboo knitting needle because it has become curved through frequent use.

My first thought is of course: "Is your knitting needle so gay it can't even knit straight?!"
